The First Art Labs International Visual Arts Competition is Now Open for Submissions!
Open to all visual artists: painters, digital artists, graphic designers, photographers, illustrators, sculptors, mixed-media artists, etc.
ELIGIBILITY
This competition is open to visual artists of all ages and nationalities working in any artistic medium. All submissions will be reviewed individually by our distinguished panel of judges without regard for age, nationality, gender, or artistic style. Artists may submit work to multiple categories, and there is no maximum number of submissions per category.
MEDIUMS & CATEGORIES
We welcome submissions across a wide spectrum of visual arts, including but not limited to:

Focus: Captures real-life moments, events, everyday life, people in public spaces, cultural and documentation, photojournalistic approach, social commentary, etc.

Guidelines:

Submit 5–10 pieces that form a cohesive body of work.

May include any medium (traditional, digital, photography, or mixed).

Provide a short portfolio statement (100–200 words) describing the overarching concept or theme connecting the works.

Each piece in the series should meet the general guidelines for originality and submission format.
Entry Guidelines
- All genres, styles, aesthetics are welcome to apply.
- You can submit multiple entries for the same or multiple categories.
- No need to anonymize submissions.
- There is no need to send physical works or originals.
- You keep all rights to your work.
- Multiple submissions are allowed, and each requires a separate entry fee.
- All submissions are reviewed carefully and independently.

Categories 1-13:

Each work after 6th: $15

Art Labs Creative Studio is a an independent organization. We don't have any sponsors for our projects. These entry fees enable us to organize such a wide-ranging competition and offer over $100,000 in prizes to 45 winners and 225 finalists. Thank you in advance for your contribution, which helps to support this event and other artists.
